Tiemco Spinning Hackle Pliers are a combination of the pliers and the handle bar connected by a universal joint, you need not change the holding hand to undo the twists you get on the conventional hackle pliers. They keep hackle perpendicular to hook shanks when wrapping hackles. They also prevent hackle from twisting or breaking. They can be used for tying midge patterns to big flies.
