Shipping Within The USA
Orders placed before 3:30 PM Mountain Time typically ship same-day or next business day.
Economy
- Free for orders over $45!
- Who qualifies: All addresses in the lower 48 United States
- Estimated delivery window: 3 - 10 business days
- Shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Expedited
- Several expedited options from FedEx, UPS and USPS
- Orders with multiple items will automatically receive lower rates
International Shipping
Note that there are restrictions on some products & locations, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.*

Some countries have an additional surcharge for shipping to an area that the shipping company defines as a remote area. Please note that this is charged by the carrier, and we have no influence over this charge. If we are going to be assessed this surcharge, which is $30.00 USD, we will need to collect this from you prior to shipping. If we are not able to collect this additional fee, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please contact us if you would like to know if your address is considered a remote location.

Economy International
- Items will be sent via FedEx or USPS First Class International (some items not eligible for USPS)
- USPS First Class International takes 4-7 weeks for delivery
- USPS First Class International does not have a definite delivery time and may not provide tracking updates. Please do NOT select this shipping method if you need your items quickly or within a precise date range.
Expedited International
- International Priority (1-3 working days)
- International Economy (4-7 working days)
Other Notes
- Orders may be subject to additional customs, import duties and taxes (which are beyond our control, vary by country, and are not included in the shipping price). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Please call your local customs office for more information.
- We are required by law to state the purchase price, not including shipping, of items on customs forms. We will neither change this amount nor mark items as a "gift."
- The "tracking number" you receive upon confirmation of shipment (example: LN00000US) is a customs number. According to the United States Postal Service website, "Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Please be advised tracking is not available for this product."
Returns / Exchanges:
Bought the wrong product, or it didn't fit your needs? No problem — we can help. Returns or exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the purchase date. We will take the item back as long as it is new, with all the tags and original packaging (if applicable).
Purchase gifts this Christmas Season with peace of mind. Any gift purchase can be returned up to 30 days after Christmas day.
How to Return an AvidMax.com Order:
- ***Avidmax will not cover the cost of return shipping postage for items that are delivered as advertised and free of defects.***
- Submit your details by emailing Customer Service ( customerservice@avidmax.com ). Please include your name, order number and why you want to return the item.
- Wait for an e-mail back from us with your RMA number. We process these as fast as we can during our normal business hours, M-F 9a-5p. Please verify that the return item in the e-mail is correct.
- Print out the RMA e-mail to include in your return package. At the bottom of the page you will find a place to indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. (If you would like to make an exchange, please note which item(s) you would like to exchange your return for.)
- Ship your return item(s) back to us using any shipping service of your choice. We do recommend you use a service that provides tracking or delivery confirmation. Please include your name, order number, RMA number, and reason for the return or exchange in the package with your returned item. Please do not use the item packaging as the ship packaging.
Exchanges
We will send you an invoice or issue a refund if there is a price difference. Your exchange item will be shipped to you with our standard free shipping (U.S. orders only) as soon as we receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 3-4 business days. You will be refunded through your original payment method.
